Awww, I haven't seen baby ducks for a long time.
I see the duck and ducklings and I think how cute - and then my heart breaks for in my mind I see wild fowl coated in oil in the Gulf.
A-dore-a-ble!!!
Don't tell anyone but, I love ducklings...they're just so cute!
And oil-free!
I don't know why, but I love ducks. And little ducklings of course. They're one of my favorite animals.
We don't see too many ducks here in the dessert, although one can occasionally spot a few by the lake in front of the Bellagio or the Mirage on the Strip. They're an attraction by themselves. And ducks seem to prefer the nicer casinos, lol.
A charming picture!
Cuteness!
Doug, have you seen this blog? http://arizonabeetlesbugsbirdsandmore.blogspot.com/ A German transplant, this woman is also a watercolor artist as well as a wildlife biologist working on a field guide to AZ beetles. She commented on my blog post right after you did.
Yeah, everybody thinks that baby ducklings are cute. The pond behind the museum is just loaded with them at the moment.
Kathie- Margarithe and I have been interecting on BugGuide.net for a while now. She's an amazing photographer.
