Hot! Hot! Hot!


My habañero peppers only produce ripe fruit about one year in three. This was a good year. Many more to come- I foresee much salsa in my future.

WE too have a bunch....many still drying in the garage.....hope the air stays dry enough so they DO dry instead of you know, "rot" . . . . Peppers are one of the most interesting things IN the garden for the very reason you described: You never know until the REAL end of the season if you'll have them ripen. Nice pic........they look huge.
