Salsa Recipe

At the request of the Spo-meister, here is my salsa recipe,

Fresh Salsa

16 oz. tomato sauce
1 red onion, med
2-3 fresh tomatoes (plum are best)
2 poblano peppers, med
1 hot pepper, fresh (habañero, cayenne, or jalapeño)
2 tomatillos
1 lime
1 bunch cilantro, large

1. Chop all vegetables and combine in large glass bowl.
2. Juice lime and add juice to bowl.
3. Add tomato sauce to bowl.
4. Chop cilantro and add to bowl.

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for about a half hour. The secret to this recipe is lots of cilantro. Add until you think you have put in too much. Then add a little more. Serve with tortilla chips.

This sounds really good. I'll just have to give it a try soon. As you know...Mark and I are serious about our salsa.
